Our social compliance policy includes standards developed through teamwork with all our business partners, based on our core principles and values. Our goal is to ensure that the Social Compliance Policy becomes an integral part of our company culture. Therefore, social compliance standards have been established and implemented. In addition to creating products and services, this policy commits to providing employees with all their rights under the law, adhering to occupational health and safety regulations, being environmentally conscious, and creating a workplace environment where employees are treated with open and honest communication, respect, and value. The social compliance policy is communicated to all our employees through training or communication channels (notice board, website, email group, etc.), our suppliers are informed, and they are evaluated according to these criteria.
Under this policy, no sanctions or penalties will be applied against employees who express their concerns, anxieties, and complaints. Instead, suggestion, request, and complaint boxes will be used to facilitate this expression. Employees can openly state their opinions, requests, complaints, and suggestions in these boxes, and these will be evaluated by Senior Management. Necessary improvement activities will then be implemented for areas open to improvement.

1. Forced Labor (Voluntary Labor)
Our company cannot force any employee to work. Our employment practices are based on voluntary participation. If an employee leaves their job, the company cannot prevent or delay this, except for security reasons. All employee information is protected and kept confidential to the extent permitted by law.
2. Child Labor (Minor Workers)
Child labor is absolutely unacceptable in our company. Except in exceptional circumstances such as for interns or trainees, we adhere to the minimum age requirements set by national and international laws.

8. Employment of Foreign Workers (Employment of Foreign Workers)
In our company, employment contracts for foreign nationals employed/to be employed in accordance with our laws are drawn up in a language they understand. All personnel procedures, from hiring to termination, are carried out in accordance with current legal regulations. Workers cannot be employed under any circumstances by being indebted to others. Our company protects the legal rights of foreign workers regarding employment. Our company does not employ illegal workers.

Our employees are not deprived of their legal rights to rest and vacation days.

Our company management identifies open positions and hires candidates in accordance with the law and within specific rules (egalitarian approach, leave, wages, holidays, employment contract, etc.).
11. Employment Contracts (Employer Contracts)
An “Indefinite Term Employment Contract” will be prepared between our company and the person to be employed, in accordance with workplace regulations and laws, and including the terms offered to the candidate. The employee agrees to start the job.
Personnel are required to sign an “Indefinite Term Employment Contract and Overtime Consent Form”. A copy of the employment contract is given to the employee against signature, and all rules and regulations required by our company and the job are explained to the relevant personnel through orientation training.
12. Work and Employee Discipline
To ensure disciplined work practices, our company enforces disciplinary rules established by the disciplinary board. The company may not impose any wage deductions as a form of disciplinary action against employees. All our employees conduct their work in accordance with the work rules and instructions.
13. Environmental Protection
We manage the environmental impacts of all our activities responsibly. In all our operations, we identify and implement all improvement and development efforts that will eliminate or minimize environmental impacts and utilize natural resources in the most efficient way.
All principles contained in this policy document will be implemented through necessary regulations, and the level of implementation will be monitored by the relevant units. We consider the success our company demonstrates in social responsibility practices as an important criterion in evaluating our company performance.
