Our company, operating in the Knitted Fabric, Digital Paper Printing, Textile Dyeing, and Finishing Production sectors, has defined its Occupational Health and Safety management system policy in line with the organization’s purpose and context, based on the following points.
1. To conduct the necessary awareness campaigns to create and spread a culture of occupational health and safety among all our employees.
2. To improve healthy and safe working environments for our employees, both within and outside the company premises, through a proactive and continuous development approach.
3. To systematically measure occupational health and safety (OHS) performance and provide all necessary support to achieve the defined goals for the improvement of occupational health and safety.
4. To assess occupational health and safety risks and to find appropriate solutions to the identified risks. Getting to the root cause and preventing it at the source,
5. To take all necessary personal protective measures to ensure that all our employees do not suffer work-related accidents or contract occupational diseases.
6. To ensure that all our employees receive regular and comprehensive training on all occupational health and safety issues they may need.
7. To protect all employees in the face of emergencies and to be prepared for emergencies,
8. To meet the responsibilities and obligations set forth in national occupational health and safety legislation, to comply with and fulfill the requirements of the International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions, customer codes of conduct, and all occupational health and safety standards.
9. To implement the decisions taken within the LUNO Textile Occupational Health and Safety Board and occupational health and safety working groups, and to provide the necessary budget.
